Ironman Post #3 December 27, 2009
Today was a simple workout kind of a 1/2 day off if that is possible.
Ran 35 minutes for 4 miles burning 654 calories. Hills once again starting out on level 6 on random at 6.6 mph and bumping it up .1 mph every 5 minutes.
I lifted weights for an hour focusing on legs.
The week ahead I have to refocus on swimming getting in at least 2 – 3000 yard swims. I also like to finish up the intermediate level of The Fitness Buddy which means three days of weights. Light runs are also in the plans along with a long weekend on the bike with George Hood and Vision Quest.
259 days until IMWI, I better start to look for hotels
PS 143 days for Ironman 70.3 (half) Florida and 203 days until Ironman 70.3 Racine.
