I would like to post a quick Thank You to all those who have helped get The Fitness Buddy off the ground.

As this journey started in late 2008 never in my wildest dreams did I believe The Fitness Buddy would have turned out as well as it has. It just proves surrounding yourself with good people produces good results. The Fitness Buddy is just in it’s infancy stage and there are definite plans for The Fitness Buddy to keep the process moving forward in 2010. What will The Fitness Buddy be come Christmas 2010…I am not sure, but I am enjoying the journey!
