Triathlon Motivation or is it Real Life Motivation

Last week I placed one of my favorite You Tube posts and here is another favorite. This one inspires me when I am feeling down and usually does the trick. The message is strong for triathletes, but also sends a strong message about real life.

The banana split that has the calories of two full meals
