Breakfast – Denny’s or not to Denny’s

A new book from the folks that bring us Eat This Not That has hit the shelves. Cook This Not That! These are really good reference books and I have been using these books from time to time. An awesome feature to this book is the make the same food in home and compare it to the restaurants version. Plus they compare the costs.

Wow this is great information. I always knew that Denny’s was not good for you, and try to avoid it but I also didn’t realize you could have a waffle with ham and egg for 270 calories.
