Why I am doing this

What is one week to someone in life? Well this next week marks a big point in this entire Ironman decision. In one week it will be February 1, 2010. Why is this date so important? Well it marks the “official” date I set for myself to start my Ironman training. Up to this point starting last September it has been all about building a base.

So if you watch this YouTube video maybe you will have a better understanding why I am taking on this task. When I am feeling a little the weather about my training I go right to this video and it helps me focus on the goal. The message it delivers is powerful at least to me.

I do feel a little behind in my fitness, but a solid two or three weeks should put me right back on target.
