Which is worse?
Starbucks Espresso Hot Grande (16oz for us non-Starbucks people) White Chocolate Mocha with Whole Milk
or
Dairy Queen Chocolate Dipped Cone (Regular Size)
What do I mean when I say worse? Think the usual calories, but also fat and carbs, too.
The answer is in a couple of days.

Which is worse? The coffee products. I’m guessing they are loaded with sugar.
Dairy Queen – yum. Not much chocolate on that cone. Good dairy numbers, right?
Thanks Bob for supporting my posts with your comments. At the very least I know there is someone out there reading my posts and maybe learning something from them.
Now on to the answer.
Believe it or not The Dairy Queen cone is the loser (sort of) has 470 calories, 22g of fat, 60g of carbs. A wiser choice would be the medium hot fudge sundae at 440 calories, 14g of fat ad 66g of carbs. The Starbucks Grande White Chocolate Mocha w/whole milk is 360, 11, and 55. A wiser choice would be get it with nonfat milk cutting off 50 calories and 5g of fat.
Now onto that bolded sort of statement above. Not being a regular customer of the Starbucks chain, I realize they have their own language. If I have my facts straight Grande is their regular size. I wonder what happens when someone orders the bigger size and adds other items to their coffee, say chocolate or carmel syrup or whipped cream.
So the wiser choice at Starbucks is to trim the visits down to say once a keep (saving you the 3 to 4 bucks), order a black coffee or better yet introduce yourself to this thing called water.
OK, now we’re talking.
I believe that the Starbucks espresso drink would have more calories, fat and carbs than the Dairy Queen dipped cone.
