More Motivational Quotes
There will be times in your fitness and health journey that you will:

We at The Fitness Buddy find that having the right mindset or motivation goes along way in helping break down those walls. Here are some of our favorite quotes and sayings that provide us with that motivation to keep on going, especially during those difficult times that we all go through. Keep in mind most of these quotes come from other people, political leaders, athletes, writers and just normal people like you and me. When available we do give credit to those who said these quotes and sayings, but there are times where the author was unknown or did not leave a name. So when you are on that treadmill, lifting that weight or doing some weird stretching movement and you think you can't go on, pop one of these into your mind and push through.
